Vinegret recipe

  Ingredients:
     * 2 average beets boiled
     * 4 potatoes boiled
     * 3 pickled cucumbers
     * 2 carrots boiled
     * 0.22 lb green peas (optional)
     * vegetable oil
     * mayonnaise (optional)
     * salt to taste
  Method:
    Boil all vegetables. Let them cool down and then peel. Chop beets, potatoes, cucumbers, carrots. Add green peas, if you want. Season vegetables with oil or mayonnaise. Add salt to your taste.

    Vinegret is served as an appetizer before main dish.
