Sweets for joy and no harm

    Excessive consumption of sweets may not only adversely affect the body, but lower your self-esteem...
    Try to halve the amount of sweets you eat. Do not keep such products in full view. Better, buy enough to eat at one time.
    Psychologists advise to eat desserts in a relaxed atmosphere, sitting at the table. Do not eat them on the move. When making cakes, pies try to taste them less.
    Remember: food should be savored. Then you need less sweet to be full.
    Eat sweets wisely: do not stint yourself in sweets on weekdays and then eat everything at once in the holidays. You know that forbidden fruit tastes sweeter. By limiting yourself to anything you can get the opposite effect. Moreover, any restrictions have a negative impact on the mood.
