Problems with xbox one app file downloader

So I downloader your app on my Xbox one s two days ago and I loved it but after uploading all  my content now when I open the app it's just a plain black screen with nothing on it other thanight the memory storage bar is there anything I can do to fix this issue tryd reseting my  Xbox and also Uninstalling and reinstalling the app but nothing has help or stopped the blank black screen
If you can help on anyway it would be greatly appreciated as I loved the app and just spent two days uploading my content and then deleted it from where I transferred it from
