  Inflatable Advertising business.

  Business Overview

Twenty-foot high inflatable gorillas, blimps and cartoon caricatures get noticed by traffic, especially when these large inflatables are sitting on a retailer's rooftop with a "sale in progress" sign emblazoned across them. Starting a business that rents inflatable advertising objects is a fantastic new business that can be operated on a full or part-time basis right from home. Clients can include just about any retail busienss in your community that regularly conducts special sales or promotions. Currently, new inflatables are retailing for approximately $3,000 to $5,000. But as a method to reduce the start-up investment, secondhand inflatables can be purchased for about half the cost of a new one. Rental rates are in the range of $75 to $150 per day, including delivery and set-up.

  Needed Equipment

A truck or van large enough to transport the inflatables
