I want to create a mobile phone application for those who don't want to waste time standing in line. One will have a possibility to check as well post line conditions with the app running on a mobile phone.

My idea is to create a mobile device which can be used by deaf and hearing-impaired people. I suggest creating a tool which would be integrated to any high-end mobile phone with a video camera. The tool would be based on motion detection technology, i.e. it would be possible to identify American Sign Language (ASL) and transmit video images over cell networks in the US.

Why not provide our mobile phones with ECG machine capability of clinical-quality readings? Such a cell phone should have a pair of electrodes to send ECG readings via Bluetooth. The device could be held in the hands to take pulse readings, or could be placed on the user's chest. Of course, received ECG wouldn't be as comprehensive as a full electrocardiogram but it could be helpful while arrhythmia or other heart pattern issues monitoring.

My idea is to provide cell phones with a functionality to read and record weather data such as temperature, humidity, air pressure and wind speed. This functionality will help us to gather more accurate data then any weather station could offer.

Why not develop a smartphone app which will work with metal detectors to help the hunt for unexploded land mines? The app will be able to detect and draw the outline of the buried land mine. The app will work with existing metal detectors, and provide a more exact visual of the shape and size of the mine. This will allow the minesweepers to differentiate mines from cans, wires, and other debris.
