I hate to go out every year and have to pick out a new calandar! Why can't someone make one last for fifty years so that people like me can hang them on the wall and when they drag you out dead in fifty years they would find the only clean spot in your place would be behind your fifty year calandar. Again I am not sure if this is original, but here goes: Now this will tak ALOT of capital and state/county red-tape cutting, but I believe it's possible. - A building is built, somewhere around 12-14 stories. - The building is given it's own rights as a township/city. - Every lessee/rentor is given it's own street address. - As a town, the building has its own P.O., P.O boxes do not have #'s, but addresses, as chosen by rentors. - No customers realize they are sending $ to a P.O....

Imagine walking up to a photocopier, hands full of irregular sized items to be copied: checks, receipts, photographs, etc., and being able to lift the lid with a foot pedal. I know my job would be easier. Of course you would still have to allow for manual lid lifting. As for those who say the lid would crash down upon release I propose a simple hydraulic lift and release system.
