Why not take into account bone conduction phenomenon and create a telephone for hearing impaired people? The handset in such a case will have a pulsator which, when placed on specific areas of the head, will send vibrations directly to the speech center of the brain. The phone will also include a light to indicate an incoming call and different volume controls.

Many people go to certain places (ex. church, school, work) that require them to turn off their cell phones. Normally people attend these places on specific times and days. Why doesn't somebody make a program that will automatically turn off their cell phones (or turn vibrate on) during the specific days and times individuals are attending church, school, work, etc., so the individual doesn't have to. They would input the day and time they normally turn off their phone, and can forget...

I want a minature mobile I can wear, either on my arm (wrist) or lapel-area, that doesn't have buttons, or a lid that flips up or off. I want it to be circular, and look like a bit of mesh. When I touch it, it comes alive - it glows. It recognises my voice. I say the name of the person I want to speak to, I say end call. It is linked to my most important numbers including a satellite guidance system so if I get lost, I can get instructions. It's waterproof. And shatterproof.

One of the main obstacles during typing on flat keyboard is deficiency of tactile feedback. So my idea is that each key vibrates with different amplitude or frequency when it pressed and when not. Space between keys not vibrating at all. G and H keys on qwerty vibrate differently from other keys (or just have usual marks). It will allow to create slim keyboards without moving parts and with tactile feedback. Also, this idea can be used in desktop keyboards with different rows of keys...

Where are my glasses? Why can't I have a very small device with a hook (or other means of attachment) on it to put on my glasses, on my palm pilot, on my car keys, on my bottle of beer, etc. that will emit a shrill sound or flash a light after I dial some numbers on my cell phone?

Sound is a form of energy. And phones use cell/battery to run. They store electrical energy. While we talk over the phone we give out sound energy. We can have a small device which converts sound energy to electrical energy and charges the cellphone batteries while we speak. It can even be charged in a theatre, pub, discos, traffic signals basically anywhere with a decibel level.

How about a service that would enable us to key in a phone number and send a message to the phone provider's server and it would reply with the details of that user. Just like online people tracking.

How about a light as an accessory on a cell phone. You would press a button on the side of the phone and the light would go on, thereby allowing you to read a menu, a show program, or see your key hole at home or at your car in the dark. I know that many cell phones have "lighted" faces, but it's not enough light and is not easy to direct it to an area to help you see in the dark. This light would run on the cell telephone battery. This would be a very simple addition, and would be very...
